A fully qualified tenant meets these requirements:
- Credit Score 600 or above
- Income 3x Rent
- Four paycheck stubs
- No evictions, convictions or outstanding judgments
- Good Landlord references
- Proof of timely rent payments with last 4 bank statements
- Rent and deposit in hand
- Copy of drivers license
If you don’t fully qualify under the above criteria, exceptions may be made if you offer a qualified cosigner, extra deposit or extra rent.
